Terms of Service

Bonbon ("the app") is operated by KOFE — ETO ZHIZN, TOO (ТОО «Кофе — это жизнь», known in English as Coffee is life LLP), BIN 260840003233, Almaty, Kazakhstan ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. Bonbon is set up and controlled by a parent or guardian; children may use it only under a parent's supervision and settings.

The service

• Bonbon offers a reviewed catalog of children's videos. Videos play through YouTube's embedded player and remain subject to YouTube's Terms of Service; we do not host them and do not charge for access to them.
• Parents can create kid profiles, set content filters, screen-time limits, and review activity. The parent area is protected by a parental gate.
• The catalog changes over time: videos may be added, re-reviewed, or removed, including when they become unavailable on YouTube.

Subscriptions & pricing

• The app is currently free to use; some features may become paid in the future. We may offer an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional parent features (for example, extra kid profiles, advanced screen-time schedules, weekly reports, and extended history). Watching videos is never behind a paywall.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, auto-renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime in your store's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
• The price, renewal period, and any free-trial terms are always shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, and the displayed price is the price you are charged.
• We may run pricing tests: subscription prices and offers can vary between users, including on a randomized basis, and may change over time. Your price is fixed when you subscribe and does not increase while your subscription stays active.
• Announced discounts (such as the founding-families offer) are honored as described when they were made.

Acceptable use

• Don't circumvent the parental gate, interfere with the service, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
• Accounts are for personal, non-commercial family use.

Content filters & blocking

We put real effort into these controls. Every video is reviewed and scored before it can be shown, the filter level you set is applied on every screen — home, genres and search — and switching off a cartoon or a channel hides it across the app, including copies re-uploaded elsewhere that we have been able to match to it.

Please treat them as a strong filter rather than a guarantee. New videos arrive all the time and are reviewed as they do; a familiar cartoon can be re-uploaded under an unfamiliar title, or on a channel we have not yet linked to it; and a video can change on YouTube after we reviewed it. So we cannot promise that nothing you would rather avoid ever reaches your child's screen, that a show you switched off never slips through, or that our filter never hides something you would have been glad to allow.

If something does get through, blocking it in the app removes it right away, and telling us at [email protected] is the fastest way the filter improves for everyone.

Disclaimer & liability

We review the catalog with care, but the app is provided "as is": we cannot guarantee that every video is suitable for every child, that YouTube content stays unchanged after review, or that the service is uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes, termination & contact
